Numbers 15:15

15 For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner [with you], a statute forever throughout your generations: as you are, so shall the foreigner be before Yahweh.

Verse 15. And indeed, the law is the same both for those who are established in spiritual truths, and for those in a state of instruction in every period of the church. For the Lord regards with equal care both the man of the internal church and the man of the external.
