14 ถ้าคนต่างด้าวมาอาศัยอยู่ท่ามกลางเจ้าทั้งหลาย จะใคร่ถือเทศกาลปัสกาแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ตามกฎของเทศกาลปัสกาและตามลักษณะก็ให้เขาถือได้ เจ้าจงมีกฎอย่างเดียวสำหรับทั้งคนต่างด้าวและชาวเมือง"

Verse 14. He, however, who is not of the church, and yet is instructed and agrees thereto, being willing, may realize the conjunction of good and truth both externally and internally; for the law is the same in regard to both the natural and spiritual man.
