Verse 16. But spiritual truth, which is immediately from celestial love, alone preserves essential celestial good, from which proceeds truth, all things that are grateful and acceptable in worship, all worship from charity, all that promotes the conjunction of good and truth, all things in general having relation to worship, all things in particular, and all things ministering thereto internal and external.
