49 Men de som hade omkommit genom hemsökelsen utgjorde fjorton tusen sju hundra, förutom dem som hade omkommit för Koras skull.

Verse 49. For there must be the destruction of remains when man totally profanes the good and truth of the church, as well as when he makes outward devotion the all of worship.
