40 ဆံပင်ကျွတ်သောသူသည်၊ ခေါင်းပြောင်သော်လည်း စင်ကြယ်၏။

Verse 40. And if also, without evil intention, there is with man an incapacity to understand truth arising from an unknown corrupt state of the affections, this is not impurity.
