13 εαν μοι δω βαλακ πληρη τον οικον αυτου αργυριου και χρυσιου ου δυνησομαι παραβηναι το ρημα κυριου ποιησαι αυτο πονηρον η καλον παρ' εμαυτου οσα εαν ειπη ο θεος ταυτα ερω

Verse 13. That although he should be enriched with an abundance of knowledge and delight in the understanding, yet that could not change the truth, nor could it promote both good and evil; for the truth is not from man, but from the Lord who is unchangeable.
