Commentary on this verse

By Henry MacLagan

Verse 12. Neither shall he who is in good, like the regenerated celestial man, ever cease to be so; nor shall he on any account, in the slightest degree profane good by separating truth from it, because he has been victorious in the conflict of life, and has thus conjoined truth with good; and this truth is the perfect expression of good.
