Deuteronomy 4:5

Verse 5. It is now evident to the regenerating soul that the Word illustrated by influx from Divine Goodness and Wisdom instructs the soul in all things, both in general principles and in particular cases, and points out the things which are necessary to be done in order to attain to heavenly life.
