Deuteronomium 29:29

Verse 29. The way in which the goodness and wisdom of the Lord lead the soul by His Providence is secret and concealed for wise reasons; but this is clearly revealed in every state, and made patent to every rational principle in the mind, "If you would enter into life, keep the commandments" (Matthew 19:17).
