45 And the leper in whom the plague is, his clothes shall be rent, and his head bare, and he shall put a covering upon his upper lip, and shall cry, Unclean, Unclean.

Verse 45. And the man who is guilty of profanation must mourn on account of the loss of truth through this cause; for truths in his memory are not arranged in an orderly manner under good; he has not power to embody the truth in his speech; and he is impure both as to the will and understanding.
