23 But the LORD thy God shall deliver them unto thee, and shall destroy them with a mighty destruction, until they be destroyed.

Verse 23. But the Divine Love and Wisdom will reduce them at length under the power of the regenerate will, and destroy their power entirely, so that they will no longer oppose good.
