Deuteronomy 24:13

13 In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.

Verse 13. Those (principles or persons) who do good for the sake of reward are not to be oppressed (or discouraged) in their belief, if they acknowledge the good to be done by the Lord's help, and not by themselves alone; whether they be in internal truths, or those who desire to be instructed in the external and introductory truths of the Church.
