24 ויצא משה וידבר אל העם את דברי יהוה ויאסף שבעים איש מזקני העם ויעמד אתם סביבת האהל׃

Verse 24. The result being that the external man is instructed in Divine Truths; and truths grounded in good there have conjunction with the Lord through the heavens.
