14 כָּל־נֵדֶר וְכָל־שְׁבֻעַת אִסָּר לְעַנֹּת נָפֶשׁ אִישָׁהּ יְקִימֶנּוּ וְאִישָׁהּ יְפֵרֶנּוּ׃

Verse 13. For every act of devotion both as to the will and the understanding is to be confirmed or not to be confirmed according to the state as to internal truth and good conjoined.
