BaMidbar 28:13

Verse 13. And every celestial affection involving the least degree of conjunction with the Lord, as to the reception of celestial truth and good from Him immediately, because the least in ultimates; the whole being fully consecrated to the Lord from pure love, and being acceptable to Him on account of reciprocation in worship.
