23 אם־יראו את־הארץ אשר נשבעתי לאבתם וכל־מנאצי לא יראוה׃

Verse 23. They cannot enter into the heavenly state, which is from the Lord by irrevocable confirmation with the good; nor especially can they do so, who have confirmed evil by falsity.
