10 ויגד שפן הספר למלך לאמר ספר נתן לי חלקיה הכהן ויקראהו שפן לפני המלך׃

Verse 10. And also, the natural man is now conscious that from good he receives truths, and that thus the Word is opened to him. Wherefore he acknowledges that it is from the Lord.
