Mooseksen kirja 31:2

Verse 2. And teaches them that life derived from the implantation of truth has now come to a full and complete state; and cannot flow into the soul and operate in the recurring stages of regeneration without another instrument; and also perception is given from the Lord that a new principle must govern the mind, as the soul passes the boundary now reached between the external and internal man.
