Leviticus 21:21

Verse 21. No one who is in good, or in the truth of good internal, and yet is deficient externally, is capable of fully acknowledging that all good is from the Lord through Divine Love; he is hindered by his defects; and he cannot be conjoined with the Lord as to the external by such acknowledgement.
