29 Ye shall have one law for him that doeth aught unwittingly, for him that is home-born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.

Verse 29. And this law concerning a sin of ignorance shall apply equally to one who is confirmed in the good and truth of the church, and to one who is in a state of instruction.
