Donar al Proyecto de Estudio de la Biblia del Nuevo Cristianismo


El Proyecto de Estudio de la Biblia del Nuevo Cristianismo es un proyecto sin ánimo de lucro. Fue iniciado en 2011, y ha sido financiado con donaciones de fundaciones y privadas, y se viene avanzando con una combinacion de esfuerzos de voluntarios y contratos de servicios para el desarrollo de software y contenido. Estamos muy entusiasmados con lo que hemos logrado hasta ahora, y tenemos una larga lista de cosas que hacer todavía, muchos de los cuales requieren dinero. Algunos de los objetivos se enumeran aquí:

  • Recolección, preparación y publicación de más traducciones de las obras de Swedenborg
  • Encontrar, escribir y editar más explicaciones de significados bíblicos
  • Agregar funciones de software para apoyar las funciones tales como; lectura de los planes, marcadores, toma de notas, foros de discusión y páginas de acceso para discapacitados.

El proyecto está siendo realizado por la Sociedad de Pittsburgh de la Iglesia Nueva, un hogar desde hace mucho tiempo para la Nueva Iglesia en el oeste de Pensilvania, y una congregación fundadora de la Iglesia General de la Nueva Jerusalén en el año 1890.

Gospels of Mark and Luke - Explained! January 28, 2017:

We just imported commentaries on the Gospel of Mark and the Gospel of Luke, by Rev. John Clowes. They were written in the mid 1800s in England. Clowes was one of the leading Anglican and Swedenborgian theologians of his day.


Portuguese UI January 25, 2017:

We deployed a Portuguese interface for the site. That's good for the 215 million Portuguese speakers of the world; they now have the Bible and Swedenborg's works available AND a comfortable language for finding their way around the site. Try it out!


German UI January 25, 2017:

It's "user interface news" day: We just posted a UI for German-speakers, too. Here it is.


Multi-lingual Bible Book Names January 20, 2017:

We just added the names of books of the Word in many languages, so now a reader in, say, French, sees Genèse instead of Genesis, in menus and navigation buttons. More details here.


Rev. William Woofenden Sermons Imported January 19, 2017:

We posted around 50 more sermons by the late Rev. William Woofenden. Bill Woofenden was one of the leading lights of the General Convention branch of the New Church, and his sermons are rich with references to the Word. More details here.

We just imported a Swedish translation of "Divine Love". Have a look: Den Gudomliga kärleken


Latin again! January 11, 2016:

We round-tripped the Latin edition of Heaven and Hell, or "De Coelo et De Inferno", added links and sorted out footnotes. It's much cleaner than what we had before. In case you want to brush up on your Latin!

French in the Works October 5, 2016:

We've just imported "Doctrine de a Nouvelle Jérusalem sur Le Seigneur". Swedenborg cited more than 1000 Bible passages in building up a true picture of the nature of God. With it online in French, it's available to 220 million more people! Here's a link.


A Chinese UI! September 23, 2016:

We've just deployed a Chinese user interface. Now 1 billion more people can use our site to read the Word, and to build an understand of its inner meaning.
