3 From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies.

Verse 3. In those who are in a state of intelligence, and in those who are in the good of truth and who are prepared to engage in conflict against evil. And this quality is discovered from the Word, and by the influx of Divine Good, according to general and particular associated goods and truths.
